As a personal trainer, I understand how challenging it can be to eat in a way that supports your fitness goals. When I first began my own weight loss journey, I focused heavily on training but overlooked the importance of nutrition. Although I started losing weight, I noticed I was still holding onto a significant amount of body fat. It wasn’t until I discovered the concept of a calorie deficit and implemented it alongside my training that I began to see the changes I wanted, reducing both weight and body fat.

After a year of dedicated training and following a calorie deficit, I achieved my ideal body composition. Now, a year later, I’ve successfully maintained my weight by gradually increasing my calories to reach a sustainable daily intake for maintenance.

I created Best West Africa as a catering service for events, and we’re now expanding to support people on their fitness journeys. 1. Pre-Order by Sunday**: Submit your order by the previous Sunday to enjoy a full week of healthy, delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner, perfectly prepped to fuel your workdays.

2. Pick Up on Sunday**: Stop by the gym on Sunday between 2-4 PM to grab your meals for the week. Quick, easy, and convenient!

3. Fresh & Ready to Eat**: Each meal is pre-packed, labelled with your name, and ready to take to work. Whether you’re craving something hearty or light, we have the right options for you!
